GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

When you book a trip with Black Road Cycling you confirm that you are over 18 years old and have read, understood and accepted these terms and condition.

Black Road Cycling reserves the right to make changes to the travel program including the use of other hotels. Changes do not justify compensation.

The registration is only valid and binding once the deposit is received. You will, of course, receive a confirmation after we have registered your amount.

Approx. 5-6 weeks before the departure of the trip, an information letter will be sent containing practical information about the journey as well as the collection of the balance.

If the balance is not paid in due time, Black Road Cycling will consider the trip as canceled and the customer loses the deposit paid earlier.

Customers that have transferred a deposit and then announces a cancellation, will lose the deposit. If you cancel your order after you have transferred the balance, Black Road Cycling reserves the right to retain the full price of the trip. We will do our utmost to financially compensate the Customer if possible.

In case of force majeure – War, War danger, strike, nature catastrophe, epidemics, economic crash etc. in which situation it is impossible to complete the cycling camp, Black Road Cycling reserves the right to retain the expenses already incurred by the customers. If such circumstances occur on a commencement of travel, the travel participant must cover the costs already incurred as well as the expenses for the stay, home transport, etc.

A complaint should be presented to the personal of Black Road Cycling during the cycling camp and must be made in writing (e-mail, letter, etc.) and must be received by Black Road Cycling latest 10 days after the Cycling Camp.

In the unlikely event that a customer has an accident, It is the Customers insurance that covers (Personal injury, damage to the bike, etc.). Theft of baggage including bikes must also be covered by the Customers own insurance. Black Road Cycling has no insurance cover for the Customers included in any Bike camps.

To the extent your property is lost or damage due to our acts or omissions, we shall be liable for the cost of repairing or replacing any such property, up to a maximum of €2,000 and we therefore suggest you bear this in mind when packing for your trip.

Black Road Cycling reserve the right to cancel a Cycling Camp whose participation is too low. In case of cancellation, a written notice will be given immediately and no later than 40 days before departure, and full refund of what the Customer has paid for the travel. In the unlikely event that a camp will be canceled we will provide you with a € 50 credit to use on another Black Road Trip departing within 2 years.

We shall be solely responsible for assembling, repairing and maintaining your rented bike during your trip and you agree that you shall not attempt to assemble, repair or maintain your rented bike during your trip.

you are accepting the responbility for the integrity of the bike.  In the event of a crash, damage, theft, responsibiliity will be with you and we will charge you an equivalent amount to the damaged caused by the bike and/or equipment.
